Introducing Students

Our Learning Analytics provide you with useful information about your Cadmus Assignment and how your students are tracking.

This gives you the opportunity to encourage student engagement during an assessment, and the reassurance that students are actually working.

Progress Reports

Once students begin working on their assignment, you’ll be emailed regular progress reports outlining your class’ activity in Cadmus.

Progress Report email

The report looks at parts of your assignment like:

  • Time spent by students
  • Students started
  • Average word count
  • Resources accessed

Summary Report

At the conclusion of your assignment, you’ll receive a summary report via email that gives you an overview of how your students interacted with the assignment. You can use this to better understand your assignment and make improvements for next time.

We’re always looking at new ways to provide you with useful information about your assessment processes. If there are more Learning Analytics you think could help with your teaching, feel free to reach out to us at
