Thank you!

We'll get back to you shortly.

Cadmus is excited to announce that as of November 2025 we have been awarded the first place on Lot 2 – Innovative, Value-Adding VLE Systems & Associated Services under APUC’s Framework Agreement ITS 1065 AP.

As a result, higher education institutions across the UK can now procure Cadmus – and directly award – through the University of London (CoSector) as an associated service (*Buyer’s Portal: https://hunterpcm.uk/*).

By leveraging this framework, institutions gain a streamlined procurement route — removing one of the biggest barriers to innovation. With Cadmus, educators can build and deliver scalable, high-quality digital assessments, generate actionable student engagement analytics, and enhance learning outcomes — all within a secure, end-to-end environment.

While this framework applies to institutions across the UK, it also demonstrates importance globally – that Cadmus has been validated as a reputable partner for sector-wide adoption. This signals lower implementation risk, institutional scalability, and powerful reporting that support quality frameworks across other regions such as Australia, the Middle East, and the US.

Cadmus is proud to partner with the University of London, a trusted institution supporting 210,000 students in London and 40,000 students globally. This collaboration underscores a sector-driven commitment to evidence-based, uplifted teaching and assessment – beyond technology.

Co-Chief Executive Office and Founder at Cadmus, Herk Kailis, commented “We’re grateful to work alongside the University of London in making assessment innovation more accessible across the sector. This framework represents more than a procurement pathway — it’s an opportunity for institutions to lead the change we’re already seeing from educators committed to improving student learning and academic integrity. We’re here to support that work.”
